Terms of Service

1. Scope & acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at eazzzy.ai, the hosted MCP server at gmcp.eazzzy.ai, any marketplace MCPs we provide, and any consulting or implementation engagement you book with us (together, the "Services").

By using any part of the Services you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

2. What we provide

• Discovery Calls. A free initial conversation to understand your business and recommend an AI setup. No deliverable, no obligation.
• Implementation engagements. Paid work to install Claude Cowork, build connectors, and ship one or more workflows for you. Scope and price are set in writing per engagement before work starts.
• Hosted Google MCP at gmcp.eazzzy.ai. A multi-account server that lets your Claude (or other MCP-compatible client) call your Google Gmail and Drive on your behalf, after you connect via OAuth.
• MCP marketplace. A curated catalog of plug-and-play automations. Some are free; some are paid. Each MCP has its own description and any specific terms ride on top of these.

We may add, change, or sunset any individual Service. We will give reasonable notice for paid Services.

3. Your account

• Some Services require an account, which we identify by a long random token. You're responsible for keeping that token secret — anyone with it can act as you.
• If you connect a Google account via OAuth, you authorize us to call Google APIs on your behalf, within the scopes Google shows you on the consent screen. See the Privacy Policy for details.
• You may disconnect at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by emailing zzz@eazzzy.ai.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Send spam, phishing, malware, or anything illegal.
• Try to access another user's data or account.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically exfiltrate the Services beyond their intended use.
• Resell hosted MCP capacity without our written agreement.
• Train a generalized AI/ML model on data you obtain through the Services in violation of any third party's rights (notably Google's API Services User Data Policy).
• Use the Services in environments where failure could cause death, personal injury, or environmental damage (no aviation, nuclear, life-support, etc.).

We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is violating these rules.

5. Fees & engagements

• The landing site and current hosted MCP at gmcp.eazzzy.ai are free during our beta period.
• Paid engagements (Discovery Call follow-ups, implementations, ongoing support) are quoted in writing per engagement, typically via a one-page scope document.
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Past-due amounts may accrue late fees of 1.5% per month, capped at the maximum allowed by law.
• Refunds for completed milestones are not available; if we haven't delivered, we'll refund.

6. Intellectual property

• Our IP. The website, marketplace MCP source code we author, brand assets, and documentation are ours and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission, except as allowed under an explicit open-source license we attach to a specific file.
• Your IP. Anything you give us during an engagement (data, content, designs, custom prompts) stays yours.
• Deliverables. When you pay for a custom implementation, you get a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use what we deliver. We retain the right to reuse the underlying patterns and reusable building blocks in other engagements.
• Feedback. If you suggest a feature or improvement, we may use it without restriction.

7. Your data & privacy

How we handle personal data is covered in the Privacy Policy. In short:

• We act as data controller for our landing-site analytics and as data processor for Google user data accessed through the MCP.
• We do not sell your data or use it to train generalized AI models.
• You can delete your data anytime — see the deletion section of the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

The Services depend on third-party platforms (Google APIs, Anthropic Claude, Cloudflare, PostHog, payment processors). We don't control those platforms, and your use of them is also governed by their terms. If they change, the Services may have to change with them.

9. Availability & beta status

If we plan extended downtime, we'll post a notice in advance. If we cause data loss because of a bug, we'll do our best to restore from backups — see the limitation of liability below for the legal floor.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. AI outputs are probabilistic — review them before acting on them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• eazzzy.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption).
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Services in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of (a) US$100 and (b) the amount you actually paid us during that 12-month period.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. for gross negligence or willful misconduct).

12. Term & termination

• You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security or legal risk.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination — IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law — will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, excluding its conflicts-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction whose law grants you non-waivable protections, this section does not deprive you of those protections.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll update the "Last updated" date and post a notice on this page at least 14 days before the change takes effect. For paid engagements, the Terms in effect when the engagement was signed continue to apply for that engagement.
